Worldwide Shipping

We offer discreet worldwide shipping except the following destinations: Islamic countries, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa, Mexico, or Brazil.

We have established factory in Gyeonggi-do,Korea in 2019. So for Korea’s customer will receive the parcel without any problems. The parcel will be shipped to you in local Korea.

Shipping Terms & Delivery Time

We always use Fedex, Ups, DHL, TNT, CDEK ,SAGAWA EXPRESS and ect. Normally, the production time will be 7-10day. The delivery time will depends on your country.

Extra Service

We can provide customs clearance for Most of EU Countires. You will receive the parcel with our any problems. And you don’t need to pay any extra fee. We also provide this service for Russia Customers.

Discreet Packaging

We pack all our dolls in a plain carton box. No information will indicate that this is a doll, in some cases we sign the product as a mannequin. In some countries the box may be opened at customs in order to determine the tax on the imported product.

Return Policy ＆ Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped (in-stock dolls) or produced (custom dolls). If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We will not be able to cancel the order if the product is shipped out.

Return

The product can be returned within 14 day after the product was delivered to the destination. To be eligible for a return, the doll must be unused and in the same condition as it was delivered. It's mandatory that the doll must be in the original packaging. The customer also has to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. DO NOT send the package back to the manufacturer.

Custumers will be charged only for shipping cost and taxes. (including returns).

Custom dolls are not eligible for returns. If the doll is defective or damaged, we will not replace the doll, but we will provide the neccessary support, based on the damage. For more information see Purchase Guarantee.

PayPal is a very convenient and secure payment method, we recommend that you use PayPal to complete the order payment in rainbowdoll.

You don't need a PayPal account, and you can also use your credit or Debit card to pay.Please do not pay directly.When we see your order, we'll make a payment invoice for you completing payment.
